Cheerful Buddha launch premium superfood coffee range in sustainable packaging
UK wellness start-up Cheerful Buddha, known for their range of CBD edibles stocked by Holland & Barrett, enjoyed by over 1000’s of online direct to consumer subscribers, and recent winners of three Beauty Shortlist Wellbeing awards, have now launched a new range of premium, health-giving superfood coffees.
The brand are already making a name for themselves for manufacturing quality health and wellness food and drink products, with over 200 glowing Trustpilot reviews and an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.
The three healthy coffee blends are ‘FOCUS’, a Lion’s Mane mushroom coffee blend for improved cognitive function; the ‘IMMUNITY’ Chaga mushroom coffee blend for a healthy immune system; and the ‘FUEL’ MCT coconut oil coffee blend that provides an efficient clean energy source. They also contain organic ashwagandha and organic cacao, known to contribute towards brain and heart health, respectively.
The coffee is a premium, Rain Forrest Alliance certified 100% Arabica Colombian blend, meaning it competes easily with any standard premium coffee for taste. Roasted in the U.K. the company's Colombian beans have been chosen for their distinctive rich aroma.
Cheerful Buddha's superfood coffee comes in a reusable metal tin that can be refilled by ordering one of its compostable top up pouches. Cheerful Buddha uses organic ingredients that are sustainably sourced and vegan friendly.
On deciding to take the brand beyond CBD and into the wider superfood world, founder John Beer said: “Cheerful Buddha was founded in 2019 with the goal to harness health- enhancing goodness found in nature and infusing this into easily consumed food and drinks. We create delicious hassle-free, daily health and wellness routines.
“It made complete sense to bring some more natural medicines into our product range in the form of these incredible superfoods that contain an abundance of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and people have been benefiting from for hundreds of thousands of years. Customer feedback has been great, they taste amazing, and they’re flying out of our warehouse.”
