Mellors Catering Services, the award-winning school food provider, has unveiled its latest culinary creation — “Crafted by Mellors”, an exclusive new collection of four dishes inspired by over 180 years of food heritage.
This exciting range celebrates everything that makes Mellors special: a passion for people, a love of great food, and a proud legacy of culinary innovation. Every bite blends tradition with a twist, bringing the Mellors story to life through flavour and creativity.
Developed over 12 months by Executive Development Chef Stuart Dale, the range features four exclusive dishes — two sweet and two savoury — each carefully crafted to capture the true spirit of Mellors. Every recipe has been tested and perfected in schools, colleges & B&I sites to ensure it delights students and customers alike.

The launch is supported by a full suite of marketing materials, including eye-catching POS, digital assets, recipe guides, branded disposables and team training sessions.
Mellors original recipe books have stood the test of time, inspiring many of the dishes in this exciting new range. The company has reimagined some timeless classics for today’s students and created exciting new dishes that celebrate Mellors proud heritage.

The Mellors Food Development Team worked closely with the real experts — students and customers themselves! After rounds of tasting, feedback, and fine-tuning, the team proudly unveiled four signature dishes already making waves across schools and colleges: The Mighty Stack, The Yorkie Wrap, The Twist and Mr. Tim’s Caramel Dream.
