SIAL Paris is the world’s largest international food trade fair. The biennial event is a major gathering place for the food service, retail and manufacturing sectors. Scheduled for 17^th to 21^st October 2026 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte, SIAL Paris will focus on the digital and sustainable transformation of the global food and beverage industry.
