Firelli is excited to announce the launch of Firelli Truffle and Firelli Extra Hot in the UK today, which are the latest additions to the exciting all-natural Italian Hot Sauce collection. Firelli Hot Sauce is produced and bottled by a family-owned facility in the town of Langhirano – just outside of Parma, Italy. Firelli adds a delicious kick to food and is best enjoyed on pizza, eggs, pasta, salads to name a few, as well as a Bloody Mary.
The first new expression is Firelli Truffle Hot Sauce, which offers the unmistakable glamour and aroma of truffle combined with a spicy kick that gives Firelli an incredible umami flavour. A small quantity of black truffle is added to Firelli hot sauce, a rarity and delicacy to bring complex and magical flavour. The earthy truffle and other fine ingredients give Firelli Truffle Hot Sauce a rich, warm, sweet, juicy heat.
The second new expression, Firelli Extra Hot Sauce, brings a weighty kick of spice and heat, perfect for the experienced hot sauce fan. Cayenne Peppers are used in Firelli Extra Hot Sauce, which adds a very potent kick of heat and spice.

The Firelli Hot Sauce range is beautifully packaged in an iconic cone-shaped glass bottle, with a stunning blue cap and is designed to replicate a vintage Italian fire extinguisher. The bottle design includes the icon “Ash,” symbolising a character with a hot head. All natural Firelli Hot Sauces are low calorie, gluten free and vegan. Firelli Hot Sauces are also low in sodium (40mg per 5ml) and free from cholesterol, fat, and GMOs. Firelli Truffle and Extra Hot are suitable for any diet including Keto, Paleo, low and no carbs. All three Firelli Hot Sauces are best stored in a cool dark place and refrigerated after opening.
Firelli Extra Hot Sauce and Firelli Truffle Hot Sauce join the original Firelli Hot Sauce, which launched in the UK in 2021. The original Firelli Hot Sauce is handcrafted in Parma, from Italian ingredients including Calabrian Chillies, Roasted Red Peppers, Balsamic Vinegar, Italian Sea Salt and Porcini Mushrooms.
