Cold drinks are definitely not just for summer, as clearly shown by the frenzy the new Candy Cane Frappe has whipped up in M&S Cafés (they’re still being slurped up in their thousands each week, despite the frosty weather).
Now, M&S is launching a new frozen milkshake, exclusively in ten of its Cafés around the UK.
The Colin The Caterpillar Frozen Shake, £3, is a delicious Belgian chocolate milkshake, which is churned until frozen right before your eyes, before being topped with Colin the Caterpillar chocolate sprinkles.
Just like a dessert with a straw, this moreish milkshake is available exclusively in M&S’ Colchester Stane Park, Peterborough Brotherhood, Brooklands, Aylesbury, Bluewater, Stevenage, Rushden Lakes, Harrogate Oatlands, Paddington Waterside and London Colney Cafés, with plans to bring to more in the new year.
Customers in London Colney had a sneak peek of the Frozen Shake last week when the new-look Café re-opened. London Colney local, and brand-new M&S Café Ambassador, Matt Willis was one of the first to get his hands on the drink, before leaping behind the counter to pour out samples to give to customers with Colin himself.
Just like the BFFs themselves, Colin’s Frozen Shake can be found right next to a Percy Pig Slushee: a rid-oink-ulously refreshing combination of apple, raspberry and grape juice, that’s also churned until frozen. Made with real fruit juice and no added sugar, artificial colours or flavourings, the Percy Pig Slushee is not only totally delicious, but also one of your five a day. Now there’s only one question left to ask; will you be Team Percy (fresh & fruity) or Team Colin (chilled & chocolatey)?
