Próspero Tequila has partnered with premium blended cocktail creators Lockdown Liquor & Co. to bring a limited-edition ready-to-drink cocktail to the UK market on 12th May 2022.
Drawing inspiration from the traditional Jaliscan Cantaritos serve that is typically served in its eponymous clay pot, Próspero Tequila have collaborated with the expert Mixologists at Lockdown Liquor & Co. to create The Cantarita: A premium cocktail blend that uses the bright and vibrant Próspero Blanco Tequila at its base alongside a melange of citrus fruits including grapefruit, lime and orange, finished with a sweet touch of agave nectar. The Cantarita, which gives a nod to Próspero’s Chief Creative Officer, Rita Ora, is best enjoyed over ice, topped with soda and a pinch of salt to balance the acidity and sweetness.
The award-winning, 100% Blue Agave Próspero Blanco Tequila is hand-crafted in the lowlands of Jalisco by Stella Anguiano, one of Mexico’s premier female Master Distillers, making it a fitting choice to honor the cocktail’s heritage.
