We are passionate about creating delicious, handmade products using the finest ingredients, and it’s fantastic to have our efforts recognised in this way.
“We have a great team working with Flapjackery, from those who run the shops, to the team back here in Tavistock who create such delicious products. It’s testament to them, and all they do to create a buzz around Flapjackery products that once again we’re celebrating gold-winning success.”
Flapjackery was founded nine years ago at Tavistock in west Devon by Carol and Sally Jenkin whose mutual love of baking encouraged them to create a business that specialises in flapjacks. There are now ten Flapjacekry shops in St Ives, Plymouth, Tavistock, Minehead, Wells, Fowey, Bath, Fordmore Farmshop near Cullompton, Sidmouth and Lymington. Two more shops in Falmouth and Dartmouth are opening this spring with more coming soon.
A thriving online business allows people who buy flapjacks at the many shows and events Flapjackery attends across the UK to continue purchasing flapjacks throughout the year.
