Roebuck Estates named official sparkling wine partner

West Sussex-based English sparkling wine producer Roebuck Estates has been appointed the official sparkling wine partner of Rotunda Bar & Restaurant in King’s Cross, London, as part of a summer 2026 collaboration designed to showcase premium English wine in the capital.

The partnership places Roebuck Estates’ award-winning vintage sparkling wines at the centre of Rotunda’s newly launched summer terrace experience, with the producer’s range featured across the restaurant’s drinks menu, seasonal food pairings and English Sparkling Wine Week celebrations.

Located alongside Regent’s Canal, Rotunda’s terrace has been transformed into an English garden in collaboration with local charity Global Generation, creating a setting that reflects both brands’ shared focus on provenance, seasonality and British craftsmanship.

As part of the collaboration, Roebuck’s sparkling wines will be available by the glass and bottle, while also featuring prominently in a new ‘English Garden’ cocktail menu. Developed jointly by the two brands, the cocktail programme adopts a ‘grass-to-glass’ philosophy, highlighting British-grown fruits, vegetables and herbs alongside Roebuck’s sparkling wines.

Signature serves include the Mint & Raspberry, combining raspberry gin, mint shrub and Roebuck Rosé de Noirs; the Strawberry & Gooseberry, featuring strawberry vodka, gooseberry cordial and Roebuck Classic Cuvée; and the savoury-led Pea & Beetroot, blending pea vodka, beetroot and Rosé de Noirs.

The partnership also extends to a range of curated food-and-wine experiences designed to drive engagement with English sparkling wine. These include a pairing of Roebuck Classic Cuvée with three freshly shucked oysters, a sharing platter accompanied by a bottle of Roebuck, and a premium seafood experience featuring oysters, chalk stream trout blinis and two bottles of Roebuck Classic Cuvée.

Roebuck Estates will also play a central role in Rotunda’s English Sparkling Wine Week programme throughout June. Guests will be able to enjoy a dedicated Roebuck tasting flight featuring Classic Cuvée, Rosé de Noirs and a Strawberry & Gooseberry cocktail.

A highlight of the programme will be a ticketed Supper Club on 24 June, featuring a four-course tasting menu paired with Roebuck wines and guided tasting experiences.

“Rotunda’s canal-side setting and its commitment to provenance and seasonal British produce made it a natural partner for us,” Danielle Whitehead, Head of Marketing at Roebuck Estates, said. “We’re proud to have our wines at the heart of their summer offer, from the terrace experience through to the cocktail list and English Sparkling Wine Week, and to be showcasing the quality and versatility of English sparkling wine to a new audience in the heart of London.”

“Working with Roebuck Estates has allowed us to bring real depth and story to our summer drinks programme,” Joe Boxall, Head of Beverage at Green & Fortune, owner of Rotunda, added. “Their wines are exceptional, and the shared values around craft and seasonality made the collaboration feel effortless.”

The partnership reflects the growing prominence of premium English sparkling wine within London’s hospitality sector, as operators increasingly look to champion British producers through experiential food and beverage collaborations.

Roebuck Estates, based near Petworth in West Sussex, owns and manages vineyards across Sussex and Kent and produces traditional-method vintage sparkling wines made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The producer’s wines are sold throughout the UK and distributed internationally.
