For the business, an investment by 11:11 Capital Partners will provide strategic guidance, expertise and support where required to accelerate organic growth, acquisitions and further investment.
Most recently, 11:11 Capital Partners has invested in Simply Lunch, creating a strategic partnership to accelerate the business’s continued growth, opening new opportunities across the food-to-go market.
The partnership combines Simply Lunch’s established food-to-go expertise, strong customer relationships and appetite for innovation with the strategic acumen, investment and network offered by the Boparan Private Office. Together, they aim to expand Simply Lunch’s reach, further strengthen its overall offering and pursue wider opportunities across foodservice, retail, travel, workplace, education and hospitality.
The investment will help drive Simply Lunch’s innovation, capacity, talent and commercial growth, while supporting expansion and strategic acquisitions that strengthen the customer proposition and create long-term value.
